We found the place a good fit for a budget stay, with plenty of room, a balcony, kitchen, and full bathroom. It was quiet at night, though construction across the street meant we needed earplugs to sleep after 6am. The curtains were poor, and one window had none, so bring an eye mask if you’re not leaving early. The bed was awful and needs replacing, but we managed to sleep. The apartment feels thrown together, and the hotel barely communicated. We sent several questions and got no answers. Still, for the price and location, we’d stay again.

The broken mattress in Apartment 15 had exposed metal wires, and I injured my knee on them. They nearly tore deep into my skin. They wouldn’t move me to a safe room that night, and the way they handled things after my stay has been shameful. They now insist I appear in person to receive compensation and refuse to process a refund remotely, even though they know I’m from outside the city. It feels like they’re making a refund impossible while avoiding a written record of their negligence. Don’t trust Absyntapart!!!

The location was the only good part of this stay. The room looked nothing like the appealing online photos, and in person it was dirty and poorly kept. The linens and towels were low quality, and the towels weren’t clean. We got only two towels, no floor towel, and just two rolls of toilet paper for the whole stay. The kitchen was missing essentials, and there was only tea, no coffee or other basics. The bathroom lacked basic amenities too. I tried calling the number they provided, but nobody answered. It’s especially disappointing when Wroclaw has so many other places at similar prices. I expected a certain level of comfort and cleanliness on vacation and found something very different. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve future guests’ stays.

The location is convenient, but there are plenty of nearby places that offer better service. Here, the shower flooded the whole floor, with no mat or towel to mop it up. The old, worn pillows looked fluffy in the photo but in reality seemed chewed by a dog, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Basic items you’d normally expect in a hotel room or apartment were missing, including a hair dryer, tissues, and toiletries. There was also noise from two apartments across the hall: people ran around, yelled, and slammed doors at night. Reception didn’t answer the phone even though it was open, and no one acted on the complaint. A terrible experience.
