The rooms were comfortable, nicely maintained, and had everything I needed. The hotel felt spotless and stylish, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Its location was convenient for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the care put into the service and the overall experience. Thanks to the team for making my trip more enjoyable. I’d gladly stay again and recommend Hotel Altus to anyone visiting Poland.

We spent several days here and were really impressed by the warm, attentive service. Anna, the Guest Service Manager, deserves special thanks. She handled our request with care and was kind, helpful, and approachable. That level of service may be expected at a hotel like this, but her attitude went above and beyond. The breakfast was outstanding and absolutely worth it, and we also enjoyed the fine dining and the relaxing SPA. The property feels luxurious and is in a great location. I’d highly recommend it when visiting this beautiful historic city.

The spa was a highlight, and complimentary access made it even better. Room service was excellent too, even when I ordered late in the evening. My room at Altus Palace Hotel was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had an incredible stay and would return without hesitation.

The bed was so comfortable, with lovely soft pillows, and I appreciated the little treats room service left each day. We borrowed bikes to explore, and the attentive service we were given was exceptional. The breakfast had loads of choice and was great. Very nice hotel just outside the city centre.

The food was phenomenal, and the staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcome the whole time. The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Wroclaw, and we’re already looking forward to going back. This was another wonderful stay at Altus Palace. It certainly wasn’t our first visit, and every time we return, we remember why we love it so much. Everything was perfect, from the beautifully maintained surroundings to the exceptional attention to detail.
