I spent six months in this building. Drunks hang around in the bushes at night, leaving poop and bottles and rubbish scattered about. Nobody responds when you complain. Why put up with all that when the hotel nearby doesn't have these problems?

The breakfast was worth adding: tasty, nicely presented, and a good portion, brought right to the room so we could enjoy it with the view. From the living room and kitchen windows, the river and city view is impeccable. Parking was easy, with the reserved space right under the building. The room was even prettier than I expected, spacious, clean, artfully decorated, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and it felt so much like home I'd have stayed as long as I could. The Old Town and most attractions are just over a short bridge, about a 10 minute walk. I'd recommend it for a couple of nights.

They cancelled my reservation just a few days before I was meant to arrive. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't book here again.

One of the guards was a great guy. The building itself gets really hot in summer, and sound insulation is so poor you can hear everything on the little street. There were lots of bachelor parties and birthday parties with annoying children on the weekend. Booking through Expedia also went wrong, and I ended up with two apartments instead of one big one. One apartment had only a mobile air conditioner.
