Hotel Bacero

Good value, especially for a last minute stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. It’s not the newest hotel, but it’s a decent place. Hope y’all enjoy.

I booked because the listing said there was air conditioning, but you can’t set the temperature yourself. Reception controls it, so you don’t know what temperature they’ve chosen. I specifically asked them to set my room to 18 degrees Celsius and keep it running all night. At 12:15 a.m., the AC was turned off. I got out of bed and went to the front desk to ask why, and they said another customer had complained about being cold. There’s no individual air conditioning in each room. The front desk can only control several rooms together, and as soon as someone complains, they shut it off for everyone on that unit, without explanation, even though I’d discussed needing it on through the night earlier. I wish I could give them zero stars. Parking also costs extra on top of the room fee, and that wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

The rooms had everything you need and were super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were the friendliest. Truly a lovely place to stay.

The room had plenty of space, with the basics like a TV, kettle, desk and sitting area, plus a clean, roomy bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It’s a nice hotel on the edge of Wroclaw, right across from a park. Staff are pleasant and available around the clock. Dogs are welcome, and there’s a large fenced parking lot with cameras.
