We stayed in number 15. The apartment was a good size, with a separate kitchen, and the location was excellent: close to the main square and lots of restaurants. Still, we wouldn’t stay again. The floors were dirty, and although we asked for them to be cleaned on Friday, the cleaner didn’t arrive until Sunday afternoon. We were leaving the next day. A dog next door barked until midnight one night, and there was construction behind the building that we hadn’t been told about before our visit.

Really enjoyed staying at Leopart. It was lovely and clean, and the amenities were great. Public transport was convenient, and the market square, one of the city’s main attractions, was very close. A great place to stay in Poland 😊

I stayed for a month in the first quarter of 2022. The place was a little inconvenient for tram stops, groceries, and malls. They were under a 10 minute walk away, but staying in the south-eastern part of rynek near Dominikanski would have been handier. We paid in GBP, and using a credit card came with an extra charge. The third-floor Venice type apartment was 80 sqm, with two bedrooms and a balcony, a kitchen and dining room, a living room, and a bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet. The rooms were spacious with normal-height ceilings, and all the doors opened onto a square hallway with shelves behind sliding doors. The main bedroom and kitchen shared a balcony. Bedrooms had wardrobes or chests and bedside tables; the living room had a TV, RTV, and sofa. The kitchen had utensils, an oven and range, a washer, a refrigerator, and lots of storage. There was also a washer/dryer in the bathroom. Wifi at 3 Mbps was included. The door had bolts, and I was given one set of keys for the room and trash. Housekeeping came on Thursday of the first week and Friday of the second. Nobody came in weeks three or four. When they did, they changed the towels, took the trash, and cleaned. It stayed warm inside even when it was 1-11 degrees outside, and I could work remotely without problems. The kitchen exhaust worked well, every room had huge windows for natural light, and when the washer stopped working, one text was enough for staff to fix it right away. It was close to the square and good restaurants. There wasn’t much soundproofing, so street noise came through, along with cigarette smoke. The shower leaked before the water reached the spout, making a sort of fountain at the stem, hard to explain. The tub divider didn’t keep water in, so it pooled on the floor with no drain. There was a party somewhere above us every Friday and/or Saturday. Usually the people were considerate, and we heard chairs scrape and conversations with some loud laughter. On our third Friday there was loud music and yelling, and we could feel them dancing. Parties could carry on until 7 AM.

The staff at Leopart made us feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we arrived with our luggage at reception. They were very friendly and treated us so nicely. The apartment was clean and well kept, including the utensils and bathroom. The microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridge were all in good working order. It was also close to lots of sightseeing spots and public transport. Thanks so much. I’ll definitely recommend staying at Leopart to colleagues, friends, and relatives travelling to Poland.
