Q Hotel Plus Wrocław Bielany

Breakfast was a 10/10, with smoothies you could make yourself and little ginger and beetroot shots. I also loved seeing cute dogs around, I’m a fan of pet-friendly places! The hotel was clean and nice, and the restaurant was good, though the food was very salty.

The restaurant and breakfast were both outstanding. The hotel itself is new, clean, and spacious, and it’s well placed for a trip to or from western Europe. There’s underground parking as well as outdoor parking. I’d happily come back again and again.

We’d stayed here several times before and picked it again as a quiet place to rest while driving from Germany to Ukraine. Instead, there was a party in the hotel when we arrived. The music, noise, and bass were so loud we could hear them in our room, and there was no way to relax or sleep after the long drive. Nobody warned us about an event. Had we known, we would never have booked. We came to rest, not listen to loud music. A hotel should protect guests’ comfort or let them know about planned parties beforehand. The stop turned into stress and frustration, and we’re deeply disappointed. I can’t recommend it to anyone who values rest, comfort, or basic consideration.

We paid $150 for one night hoping for a good family stay and some rest during our holiday in Wroclaw. When we walked in, parties were going on across two floors and the walls were shaking. It still hadn’t stopped by 5:00 am, when construction workers came to move everything after the party. At reception they acted as if they didn’t know where the construction noise was coming from. I’ve since read that this has happened to other people too. If you’re hosting parties, don’t rent rooms to guests. Absolutely insane.
