PURO Wrocław Stare Miasto

We were so happy with our 3night stay in PURO wrocław, and would choose it again. The old town is just around the corner, there's a little park and green area by the river through a gate behind the hotel, and restaurants like Konspira stay open until 23:45/11:45pm. There's also a co-working space next to the lobby. Our regular double room was quiet, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. You can ask for harder pillows for free, and the bathroom has floor heating. Housekeeping came daily. The doors were a bit loud, but it wasn't crowded, so we didn't really mind. Everything from the lights and heating to room service, do-not-disturb, and extra cleaning is managed on a tablet, which worked really well. The kitchen was being renovated, so our included breakfast, 8€ pP per day, was next door at HINT. There wasn't vegan food, but the range of other choices was good. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were available 24/7 to take away or have in house. The gym was available too, though we didn't use it. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help or give recommendations. The price felt very reasonable for what we got.

The location and staff were perfect, so I'll stay here again next time I'm in Wroclaw. I liked all the little details. It felt like the owners anticipated what guests might need, and there was a whole box of small necessities, not just a vanity kit. The sweets and coffee made my stay nicer too.

The rooms are on the small side, but everything essential is there and the quality is high. It's a first-class hotel in a central location that still feels quiet. Breakfast is worth paying for, especially the à la carte choices. The cozy lobby is a nice place to sit with the complimentary coffee or tea, always available. They also provide free tickets to a nearby gallery, which is a great extra, though the current exhibition wasn't really to my taste.

The location in a great area of Wrocław was excellent, and PURO Hotel Wrocław Stare Miasto exceeded what we expected. The team were welcoming and exceptionally friendly, and quick to answer any requests. Rooms were clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality facilities throughout the hotel. From the moment you enter, everything can be handled digitally, which is convenient and efficient. Highly recommended.
