Apartamenty Sun & Snow Atal City Square

The apartment itself was nice, but it was still dirty even though there's an extra cleaning fee. Be prepared to sweep the floor and clean the bathroom yourself. The price on booking.com was cheaper than what we were charged at reception, so check that carefully. I really wouldn't recommend staying here. The extra fee felt like a rip-off, and the staff weren't helpful.

The contactless check-in and check-out were a big plus. At first I was surprised to find a sofa instead of a bed, but it turned out to be comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is nice and good value.

I was really disappointed by how this was handled. A package the courier left outside our door on the 7th floor around 3 a.m. had disappeared by 8. There are no cameras on that floor, and security couldn't do anything. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel entirely safe here.

The staff were so kind and patient with all my questions while I was travelling with my children. The receptionist answered everything and helped me through my concerns with such patience. The apartments were spotless and fully furnished, with clean, fresh-smelling bedding and wonderfully soft towels. I'm giving the full five stars and honestly recommend the apartments. When we visit other cities in Poland, we'll use " Symphony Atal " again.
