Three days before we were due to leave, the apartment I’d booked two months earlier was canceled. At least I got a refund, but this was highly unprofessional. They take bookings early to make sure people arrive. My friends and I came from the other side of Poland hoping to see a bit of the country, and now we’re left out in the cold, even behind. Who’s going to refund the train tickets I spent almost 600 PLN on, or cover the cost of a more expensive apartment that I can no longer find at such a good price? I’m embarrassed by this situation. That’s not how it works!

We stayed for several days in the first half of August 2016 and were very satisfied. Mozaika II is a new, modern apartment in central Wrocław for up to four people, though not everything is ideal for a group of four. It’s near the main train station and not far from the city center, easy to reach on foot, with a tram stop right outside. Parking is available, but not a problem. The landlord is very nice, friendly, and open-minded, and speaks fluent German. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.

The apartment was in very good condition, with amenities I’d rate 10/10, and the owners were kind and helpful. The location is very good, and the price is affordable too. Parking is problematic, or rather, there’s a lack of it because of the planters. We also don’t understand the extra 50 PLN cleaning charge when nobody was there to take out the trash, and that was a problem since all the bins were locked.

Our reservation was suddenly canceled a week before arrival. The owners should agree on one story: in the email, the gentleman said they were in quarantine, but his wife didn’t know anything about it when I spoke to her on the phone and was just wandering around the city. You have to be good at lying. It’s embarrassing.

I don’t recommend this place!!! My reservation was canceled for no reason just moments before I was due to arrive.
