The reception service really stood out. Yehor greeted me warmly and professionally, was attentive and polite, and helped with all my questions. That made me feel valued and set a lovely tone for the stay. Haston City Hotel in Wrocław was clean, modern, comfortable, with a spacious, well-kept room and a welcoming atmosphere. I had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It's rare to find that mix of warmth and professionalism, and I highly recommend the hotel for both its comfort and the reception team's service.

Very good value and very clean, with a better-than-average breakfast. It's on the outskirts of the city, about a 15-minute drive to the center when there's no traffic.

Clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. The hotel is right by a main connecting road, with a short trip to the airport and about 15 minutes to downtown.

We spent three nights here, and everything from check-in to check-out was consistently excellent. The rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, with thoughtful details that made it comfortable. Bar Manager Leschek deserves a special mention. His hospitality, knowledge, and service were top-notch throughout our stay. He suggested great food and drink combinations and gave us excellent recommendations. His dedication and passion really made a difference each night. We'll definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, memorable stay.

There isn't public transport nearby, but the hotel was convenient for our office and a mall nearby, and taxis are easy to get. It's a quiet, comfortable place with very good hospitality. The ground-floor bar is nice and has some amazing meal options. Our room was comfortable, though we got single beds instead of a double.
