We booked through booking a few months ahead, but when we arrived, the hotel wasn't operating. We hadn't received any notice that it was closed, and now no one answers our messages or calls. The reservation was paid through booking, but we still haven't had our money refunded.

After another intervention, Booking.com returned my money, but it took over 3 months. Before that, the hotel ignored my many emails and texts, didn't answer the phone or return my calls, and hadn't responded for 2.5 months even after Booking.com got involved. The only message I received from the hotel said card refunds were complicated. They should refund prepayments when a reservation is canceled within the stated timeframe, but the hotel refused to do so. It was an unpleasant experience and the first time I'd been treated this way. I strongly advise against booking here.

I've tried to book this hotel three times, and every attempt failed. I've also contacted them repeatedly without getting anywhere: no replies to emails and no one picks up the phone. Does the place even exist?
