They met us, got us checked in, and explained everything. The room was a little small, but clean and had everything we needed.

The bridge nearby makes it easy to cross the Odra for a long walk or a bike ride along the river embankments, and the center is close too. I often come to Wrocław for work and wanted a place where parking was included. After two stays, I’m very happy with this spot: it’s clean and tidy, and the car feels safe. Great place.

Our booking for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period was canceled just a few days before we were due to arrive, apparently because of renovation work or a breakdown. The owners knew we were traveling from abroad. I asked if they could arrange alternative accommodation, since we’d also paid for transport and flights and might not have been able to find anywhere else. They told me the contract didn’t provide for that. It’s a shame they don’t put professional customer service first. If you want to avoid stress, I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I can’t recommend the place after what happened. Floodwater had already reached the hotel parking lot, but the woman there said there was no need to panic and that it wasn’t grounds for a refund for the sleepless nights. I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The response felt unprofessional and, frankly, stingy.
