The hotel on gwarna 12 is okay, but there’s a beeping noise every few seconds, mostly on the upper floors. We couldn’t figure out what it was. I’d suggest choosing a lower floor to avoid it.

I ended up in room 202, which was a complete disaster. It’s tucked into a corner, and there are no corridor lights, so entering the door code in the dark was awful. The carpet had very dirty stains that looked like they’d been there ages. They looked terrible, and I doubt any amount of cleaning could fix them. I called customer service to ask for another room, but the only option they offered was to try cleaning it. If the stains could be cleaned, why weren’t they dealt with before I arrived? It felt like they were just pretending to offer a solution.

I stayed July 10-12 in room 305, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel is good for the price, and I wanted to say so because the reviews from the past year had left me really unsure. I only had two concerns: the shower towels were so small they stayed wet, and the shower cabin could have been cleaned a bit better. That’s it. I’ll most likely choose this place next time. I’d give it 4.5 stars, but went with 4.

It’s a modern style building, but the windows are sealed shut. There’s no way to get fresh air except through the central air conditioning.
