HOSTEL likeHome

The place itself was cozy, warm, and clean, with everything needed in the kitchen and a washing machine too. Traveling by car, I was able to find a spot nearby. I loved both the accommodation and its location, and had the best experience with the place and landlord. Calling it a hostel doesn't feel right, it's more like a hotel)) Thanks so much for a great stay!

The owner was friendly and very helpful when my train was canceled and I needed to check in late. I asked about arriving late, and they sent me instructions for how to get in. The room was comfortable and nice, and the place is very good.

I paid for a room in advance, but after my flight was delayed, the property wouldn't let me check in after 22.00, even though I was due to arrive at 23.30. I contacted them to ask about a later check-in, since their stated check-in ended at 22.00, and they refused. I then asked for a refund so I could book another hotel that could take me after 22.00. They refused that too. Booking customer service tried to arrange the refund, but the hostel declined twice. So they wouldn't let me in and kept my money. Be careful, you could end up on the street in the middle of the night despite paying ahead. Don't stay here!

We were able to extend our booking when we got sick, and Tomasz gave us a discount. He even drove us to the train station, which was lovely, though I can't promise he'll do that for everyone. He's the nicest guy in Poland, super friendly and communicative. We'll stay here every time we're passing through Przemysl.
