The air conditioning worked, and the interior looked nice at first, but for this price I expected more. The equipment felt cheap, with plywood finishes, and some details need refreshing. Mornings were noisy, and with the window open there could be a bad smell when the garbage truck came to the neighboring building. WiFi connected but had no internet, and there was no parking on site, so we had to leave the car on the street 100m away. Breakfast came as a catering set, with small portions and cheap bread. The room was in the back of the building, in the tenement house, not in the main building as I expected from the photos. Picking up the keys somewhere different from the room was inconvenient after a full day of travel, and the on-site service was average. One boy leaning on the counter didn't greet us, then followed the receptionist during check-in. As a staff member, he should have at least said hello instead of staring. I found that behavior unacceptable. I was drawn in by the photos and location, but it wasn't what I expected. If you choose this place, check which room you'll get and bear all this in mind.

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked, and the electricity in the room went off during the night. I couldn't get in touch with reception after working hours. The next day I raised the problems with the woman at reception, but she seemed rude and dismissive. I don't recommend this place.

The inside has a remarkable look, and the rooms are small but cozy. They provide slippers because the floor is cold. You can sometimes hear the neighbors, but there's a private kitchen of your own!

It's very comfortable, with a good bed and a kitchenette that has a fridge and instant coffee. The place is clean and in a good spot near the restaurant area.

Really, these are small rooms with kitchenettes, and they don't feel worth the price, especially if you end up in one of the converted garages behind the main building.
