The shower temperature swung between cold and hot so quickly that I burned myself several times, and the water wouldn’t drain. In the rooms, the curtains were partly off their hangers and everything was very dusty. The food was terrible. There were no vegetarian or vegan choices, salad leaves were brown, and nothing was labelled at mealtimes. The bread was never fresh, just thawed from the freezer in a microwave, and still soggy in the basket. All the hot food was bland and far too greasy. After eating, I could feel grease stuck to my teeth. The dishes and glasses weren’t properly washed, with stains visible before serving myself. I stayed for 5 days and lost weight because I couldn’t eat much.

The rooms had everything needed for an everyday stay, whether with children or friends, and were equipped to a high standard. There’s plenty around to keep children from getting bored, and you can choose the rooms that suit you. There are extras like a sauna and gym, something for everyone, and it’s a nice way to spend your free time. The food was good and everyone liked it. I’m satisfied and will definitely go back.

It’s close enough to walk to Juwenalia pb, and the hotel is very nice. The parking is guarded, and the security man was really nice about opening the gate for me at 1 a.m. The mattress for two was very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back.

The City Hall is about a half-hour walk away, bus stops are right by the hotel, and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and tidy. Our room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, though it costs extra. The one downside was the shower water. It seemed to be heated by a boiler, so the temperature kept changing. You have to be careful not to get scalded or suddenly frozen.
