The food was the best part, and there were dances too, but for the astronomical price, I don't think the stay was worth it. The child stays free, but the parent pays an astronomical amount as caregiver, and I didn't see a significant improvement in my child's health. My child arrived with allergies, yet there was carpet everywhere. The room was terribly dirty, including the floor and headboard, and the playroom was filthy too. There were old stuffed toys and dust everywhere. I saw a nurse scrubbing the carpet on her knees with a bowl of water. The child's treatments lasted only a few minutes. He got some radiation treatment for pain even though he had no pain. They offered Kinga drinking water, which I could order online for my child. Gymnastics were held right outside the door, and I couldn't tell what was going on there. I might as well do the rehabilitation exercises myself. The swings were a disaster, with rust and peeling paint on rotten wood. Children get sick and pass illnesses to others. You can't afford the equipment because you pay a 'penalty' for the child.

The recent renovation shows, and the rooms are clean. Even with our late-night arrival, the receptionist was really helpful and managed to find a crib for the baby. Many thanks to her. I'd definitely recommend the reception staff and the hotel.

The café, lovely Mrs. Ewa, and Edi's live music have all been gone for a year, so the reviews and opinions are misleading people. Rabka-Zdrój itself is beautiful, though, with a peaceful feel.

Everything else was positive, but getting hot water meant letting the cold water run for five minutes. The radiators were almost cold on their lowest setting.
