Hotel Szyndzielnia Eco

We organized a yoga retreat at the hotel, and the standard was better than any other hotel I've seen in Poland. The staff were very nice, including the cleaning personnel :). Warmly recommended!

I stayed at the stellplatz run by the hotel.

For a business trip, five days here was a bad experience, and the value for money was awful. The hotel is far from the city center, with no shops, bars, or other services around. Staff didn't speak English, and they wouldn't take credit cards at the bar. Breakfast was awful, just eggs and juice every day with no option to change the menu. Wi-Fi barely worked, and my room was small, had no fridge, and was cold. The mattress was soft. There was basically no room service either, with no towel changes or waste disposal. I wouldn't come back even for free.

The hotel sits near the mountains, with lots of summer and winter attractions nearby, while still being close enough to Bielsko Biala. I enjoyed the accommodation and the high standard of service.
