ibis Styles Bialystok

The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted, and when something was missing, the staff did their best to arrange it. Everyone we encountered was friendly and service-minded, and it was easy to feel comfortable. We've been to Bialystok several times and stayed in different hotels. This time I got to try Ibis Style, and I agree with the very positive reviews. Remember, it's rated three stars, though it felt like four. Parking was easy to access from reception and costs 40 PLN/day, which was especially handy in winter. Our family suite was spacious, fresh and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, soft linen, plenty of storage and a safety box. A couple of small things: some towels were worn, and the suite could use softer spot lighting. I moved the reading lamp from the bedroom into the living room to make it cozier than the eight bright ceiling lights. We'll definitely come back.

Parking the car was very easy. The staff were friendly, the rooms large and the beds comfortable. There's a sauna and treadmills, and the hotel is close to the old town and connected to the shopping mall.

We had a family suite, and the price and location were great. The room was very hot when we arrived, though, and only reception staff could turn on the AC. It kept switching off, so we had a sweaty night. Room service food was pretty good, but the cocktails really weren't worth it. There was a kids' play area beside the breakfast buffet, which made it possible to enjoy a decent breakfast with young children.

The room was big and breakfast decent, but they didn't provide the crib we had requested. Instead, they made up the couch as a bed, which we had to take apart to set up our own travel cot.
