The hotel feels new and is well maintained. We had a pleasant stay, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The rooms were really nice and modern, with air conditioning, and the food was good. Breakfast had a big variety of tasty options. It's easy to drive to and from here, and not too far from the town centre. After seeing the reviews, I wasn't sure what else to add, but everything met my expectations. The prices make it a hidden gem. Whenever I visit this lovely city again, I'll stay here for sure 🥰 6/5

The room was large, quiet, and nice, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were very nice. But there are a couple of problems. A four star hotel should have slippers and toiletries. Also, Booking.com says parking is free, which isn't true: there are a few free spaces beside the hotel, but they're always occupied, while the hotel's own parking costs extra. The 10 € charge was a surprise and doesn't feel like good business practice.

From the outside it doesn't look great, but inside it's a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the decor is nice, and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. The choice was interesting and the variety enormous, far beyond what I expected from a small suburban hotel in Bialystok. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Europe. Big thanks, keep it up ❤️💪🏻
