The setting and the room were lovely: we were only a five-minute walk from Zakopane's main strip, with gorgeous mountain views, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful condo-like feel. The spa was great, and I had an amazing massage. Damian was helpful and quick to answer our questions. Staff were very pleasant too. We went during winter break, so there were lots of kids, but the noise was still a real problem. Every morning from 7:30, we could hear adults and children stomping around in the neighboring units, loud enough to feel like they were in our room. If you're hoping for a relaxing, quiet stay or to sleep in, this may not suit you. It could work well if you have kids and spend most of your time out doing activities. Some things in the room weren't practical. The bathroom sink was so huge there was nowhere to put our things, water pooled in the shower because it didn't seem to slope, and the folding quarter-glass panel barely helped. The air conditioning only worked sometimes, which wasn't ideal since we like to sleep cool.

Breakfast at Villa Toscana next door was amazing, and Villa T also has a lovely spa and relaxation area. We rented the whole villa and got such a warm welcome from Andrzej, the very service-minded manager. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the place seemed newly built or renovated, so everything felt fresh. It's in a quiet spot near the park, still within walking distance of the center. There are plenty of parking spaces, though only one charging spot for an EV. I'd highly recommend it for couples, families, groups of friends, or company trips to Zakopane.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to explore Zakopane. The apartment had breathtaking views, and the main shopping street was just a five-minute walk away. Everything felt perfect, from the rooms and facilities to the staff. Andrzej was attentive and professional, always ready to help and answer our questions. One of the best stays we've had.

We had dinner and breakfast at Villa Toscana, just a minute's walk away, and both were very good. Villa T had everything we wanted: a convenient spot near the center and bus and train station, a room with a fireplace and extra wood when we needed it, plus a spa and wellness center. Damian and Andzej were both very helpful.

The mountain view was stunning, and for the price this was great value. Andrzej made us feel welcome and was available for questions at any time. The villa is right by Krupówki, just across the park, and breakfast and dinner at the restaurant next door were delicious. Rooms were beautiful, with new furniture and clean bathrooms; wellness and jacuzzi were available daily, and the staff were very pleasant.
