I came from the UK to Poland for the first time and had the best experience at this property. The hotel was so helpful, and the receptionist was lovely and helped me with everything. On my check out day, she even looked after my luggage while I spent the day skiing in zakopane. The rooms were super clean, and the hot tub room was very clean too. I loved the beautiful christmas garden and the amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to zakopane city centre. It was very reasonably priced as well. Really recommend this hotel, 10/10, and a huge thank you to the receptionist.

I could hear my neighbors talking and doing everything through the really thin walls. The rooms were very small too.

For this amount of money, it wasn’t worth it. The apartment was small, with a fridge buzzing all night, dark lighting, a smelly bathroom, and no pressure at the shower tap. I also found a used nappy behind the sofa, which says a lot about how clean the place was. No cleaning service was provided; they only left extra toilet rolls. Reception was informed, but nothing was done. Please be aware that the room and apartment sizes shown on booking.com don’t reflect the real sizes, especially for this one.

After long hikes, the sauna and cold water pool are really refreshing. The place is nice, close to the center, and budget friendly. Staff are helpful and speak good English, and breakfast is delicious every time with something different each day.

Breakfast came with the price and was definitely worth it. We had a fantastic two night stay, with brilliant staff and a very clean room. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay again.
