The service was friendly and efficient, and the location was good. The rooms were large, but not well equipped. There was no soap in the bathroom and no glasses or mugs in the room; some plates would have been useful too. The single wardrobe had no shelves for clothes, and wasn’t enough for a family of four. Breakfast was poor for my taste, with too few vegetables and fruit.

The staff were friendly, and the location was quiet, with plenty of shops nearby. We could walk to the city center, and our room had a refrigerator and kettle. We stayed as a family in a three-bed room. It had comfortable beds, a slight mountain view, and dim lighting. There’s a large shared balcony and patio seating. Breakfast was delicious in a cozy dining room with traditional-style curtains. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in room 11, and staff weren’t available outside business hours. The linens were old, though clean, and the bathroom didn’t flush well.
