Apartament Czarny Potok Zakopane

The staff are super nice, and the area is beautiful. It’s my second time staying here, and it’s one of my favourites. Great breakfast, pool, sauna, and steam room too. I highly recommend it and will be back again 🙂

We had a nice one-night stay. From our balcony there was a good view of the Tatra mountain, and our room for three was comfortable. It was reasonably clean, with clean towels and the bathroom properly equipped. The mattresses weren’t especially comfortable, but good enough for a few nights. The hotel is quite close to the main street. Breakfast leaned mostly savoury, with only a few sweet choices, so I’d suggest adding more. I’d recommend the place!

Our street-facing room was extremely noisy and smelly. Employees smoked below the balcony, and the smoke came into the room. The beds were far too soft and really uncomfortable. We’d travelled a long way, but the receptionists weren’t helpful when we asked about parking at the hotel. We were told they couldn’t guarantee a spot for guests, which was very sad and disappointing. The sauna and Jacuzzi weren’t working during our stay, and the hotel offered no price reduction or compensation.

I liked it. There’s everything you need for a relaxing break, including a swimming pool, bowling alley, bar, and restaurant. The dishes were very tasty, and breakfast was top notch. A really cool place to unwind.
