We loved the traditional wooden house and its lovely decor. Our room was on the small side, but fine for two days, and the view from the window was great. The host greeted us warmly, explained the area, and spoke good English. There isn't a check-in desk, so we called before arriving and she was there to meet us. The location worked well, about a 20-minute walk into town. The bed was really small, though manageable, and I felt like a giant under the blankets. The wooden building carries a lot of sound. A group upstairs came down a few times in the morning and evening to sit outside, and you could hear the whole house moving. We tried to keep quiet when going downstairs, but not everyone will think of that, so signs explaining how noisy the house can be might help.
