I was staying here from 19-21 December, and on the last night there was an incident. We went to a different room that was completely quiet, but the security guy with the earring came in and threatened us, accusing us of having alcohol when we didn’t. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant to have him enter our room. I’ve travelled to many countries and never had hotel staff behave this way. This was horrible and unacceptable. Thanks to the security guy with a earring for a horrible vacation.

The location is hard to beat: cross the park and you’re in the city centre. Breakfast is opulent, and some 4 star hotels offer less. Great deal, and I’d happily stay here again.

It’s close enough to walk to the main street in five minutes, but far enough away to stay quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious, the beds comfy, and the shower brilliant. Everything was spotlessly clean, and breakfast had a good spread. For a 3* hotel, this place is a gem. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely come back to Zakopane.

We enjoyed the food at Hotel Logos. Breakfast was very good, and the dinner they serve was delicious. It was really hot while we were there, though, and there’s no air conditioning or even an electric fan. Also, Zakopane gets very, very crowded in summer, which made getting anywhere annoying. We didn’t even make it to Morskie Oko, the beautiful lake everyone hikes to. I wouldn’t recommend visiting town at that time.
