Apartamenty w Gąskach - 365PAM

Our stay at Apartamenty w Gąski 365 PAM was a pleasure. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and full of new furnishings, with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and the bathroom was nice. The rooms came with extra towels and bedding. I especially liked the big balcony for evenings, and the enclosed parking lot was a real bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.

We chose a corner apartment, which came with a really large balcony, a big plus for me. The apartment itself was great and very well equipped, and the location is good. Getting there from the "center" of Gąski was a drawback, though: the road was dusty and muddy. I expect it’ll be properly fixed once all the apartment buildings in the area are finished. The elevator also stopped working and stayed out of service for a day and a half.

I stayed in Apartment No. 31 in Gąski during the penultimate week of August 2025. The mattress was only 5 cm thick, and I had one of the worst nights of sleep I can remember. It felt like sleeping on boards. I spent night after night tossing in pain and woke up more tired than when I went to bed. I reported it, but after they said they’d contact the owner and get back to me, nobody followed up or seemed willing to deal with it. I don’t think the manager can put the responsibility entirely on the owner, since the manager sells the accommodation and charges a considerable amount. Offering such a mattress is a scandal and a disgrace. Mine at home is thicker than the one there. There were other signs of neglect throughout the apartment. The coffee table was in awful shape, with a swollen, chipped, broken top, and the balcony sponges were stained. Guests are expected to leave the room relatively clean, yet there wasn’t even a basic sponge or cloth in the kitchen for wiping the counter. The soap dish in the bathroom had water in it instead of soap. The toilet only flushed partly. The bedroom wardrobe was nearly falling apart and filled with bedding and screens, leaving no room for our things. There was no proper coat or bag hanger, and the blind poles were on the floor, so we had to adjust the blinds by hand. There was at least a parking space of our own, air conditioning, and the sea was close by. I’m not demanding, and I’ve stayed in plenty of places, but this went beyond what I can accept. The price is far too high for the quality, and it’s no place for a peaceful stay. I came back with a sore back and exhausted, and I’m certain I’ll never return. Anyone who cares about comfort and their health should avoid it.

The setting made it hard to relax. Another apartment building was going up right beside the estate, with dust and noise starting at 7 a.m. The grounds are mostly concrete, with greenery covering only about 3% of the area, even less appealing than a city center. The access road is gravel and has no sidewalk. Although the property is around 100 meters from the sea, the beach is about a 400-meter walk because there’s no direct access. Our apartment was very good, and the amenities and standard matched what was described. There was one dedicated space for a passenger car in the parking lot next to the building.
