This was the worst “apartment” I’ve ever booked in Poland. We reserved for six people about two weeks ahead, paid the deposit, and got confirmation. But when we arrived, after traveling a long way, the “host” said our booking wasn’t in her system and she couldn’t put us up. Her only response was, “What a bummer, and she doesn’t know how it happened.” There was no time to find another place, so we had to cancel the trip. We lost a lot of money on the pet hotel and rental car we’d already paid for. I later saw a website review saying this had happened before. I’ll try to tell people about it wherever I can. This should never have happened. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Beata canceled our booking at the last minute with what seemed like a ridiculous excuse, apparently so she could rent the place out again for more money. I found the experience deeply disappointing and don't feel she can be trusted. Booking.com also let us down. They promised to find us a place in the same area for the same price, then failed to do so. They also said they'd cover the price difference, but the compensation they eventually offered was completely inadequate. We felt badly let down and unsupported by the platform. A truly outrageous experience.

The apartment in Wrocław was cozy, tasteful, and comfortable, with everything in its place. The owner was nice, and it was quiet at night. I'd recommend it.

A quiet area and a really nice apartment, well equipped too. I recommend it.
