Gold Apartments

Everyone was very nice, from the owner to the cleaning lady. The apartments were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and so central, close to everything. Definitely worth a stay. If I come back, I’d choose these apartments again. Truly recommended.

We paid in full ahead of time, but when we arrived there wasn’t a room for us. The manager, Krystian Woźniak, was rude and very unprofessional. He offered a different place nowhere near the downtown location I’d booked. If I’d wanted to stay outside the city, I would’ve booked there and saved money. He even hung up on me, said I wouldn’t get a refund, and later sent two more rude, mean texts. What a complete ahole. This place isn’t worth your time.

The flat is too expensive for its quality. The air conditioner didn’t work for a month and a half, the water drains poorly, and some equipment is damaged. Special thanks to Krystian, the worst administrator I’ve ever met. He never answers on time and may not call back even when he promises. They haven’t offered any discount for the many inconveniences that keep happening here. Don’t rent here.

I lived here for three months, and it was a very bad experience. The administrators were unprofessional, and the equipment was poor or damaged. It wasn’t suitable for a long stay. I don’t know why it’s called "golden apartments". The quality is poor for the price, and I hope I never have to come back.
