Apartments in - Podgórna

The building is nice and well kept, but the bathroom smelled absolutely awful because of the sewage system. The apartments seem cheaply made, as things fall apart if you touch them even a little too hard. Wi-Fi was a disaster, so we had to use our own internet. The TVs need checking too, since someone was trying to prank us and searching for stupid s*** on our TV. A disaster.

We booked a place with a balcony and got one without. The receptionist's explanation was that it had a French balcony, where you can stick your head out. 🤦‍♀️ She was unpleasant and inconsiderate. I'm writing now that my emotions have settled, so this is a very lenient review. There was no compensation for the error on the Apartamentys Szczecin website. The attitude was take what's available or leave, and there'll be another naive guest. Avoid this place.

At first the apartment seemed clean and well kept, but it went downhill fast. The toilet smelled terrible, and the furnishings seemed made of cardboard. My girlfriend pressed the flush button normally and it fell off, while the toilet seat came unscrewed through normal use. Our TV was crap and should be checked. It left us feeling disgusted. The internet didn't work despite three calls to reception. To be fair, the receptionist did come and try to help, but it didn't fix anything. Someone was meant to come the next day and didn't. We ended up using our own internet, with no further help or even a call asking if it worked. It's a terrible, unfunny joke of an apartment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One star is too much. A lot. No greetings.

The service quality is poor, and the comments are censored. They didn't complete the service through no fault of their own, then refused to return the money. Beware of this place!
