There are several bathrooms off the hallway and a kitchen guests can use, while rooms come with towels, a TV and blinds. The place was clean, the linens were fresh, and the price felt fair for the standard. Still, the walls are thin, so you hear other tenants. Someone had smoked in a room or bathroom, leaving unlit cigarettes in the toilet and a smell throughout the place. Our room had just one outlet. Service was poor: the unpleasant receptionist didn't tell us anything about breakfast, and there is no phone at reception. The owner, who is the only contact, didn't answer. The website made the breakfast offer sound misleadingly included, when it's actually an extra. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, with a Żabka about 270 meters away. There's also a church nearby whose bells ring at 7:30 on Saturdays. Be alert! :D

The kitchenette had no table or chairs, and there was just one outlet in the room. The place itself was clean and tidy. Breakfast is delivered to the room, with 6:30, 7:30 and 9:30 offered as times. We chose 9:30, but someone knocked at 7:45 and brought it while the children were still asleep. The note also mentions 7:45 a.m. and the train, though that part is unclear.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The room's floor looked as if it hadn't been washed for weeks or even months, and the basement kitchen beside it was dirty, with no basic utensils or spoons. The gas stove was empty, there was no heating, and the bathroom was dirty and out of toilet paper. The shower drain was clogged. Even the cleaning lady couldn't manage a hello.
