We chose this spot because it was close to the airport and stayed just one night. The room was nice, and everything felt fresh and clean, including the towels and bedding. We also got a little welcome pack with tea and coffee. The extra charge for hotel parking was a disappointment. The area of Bytom felt scary, dirty, and dangerous to us, so we won't be coming back.

After traveling from Italy, we were exhausted, and it was 35 degrees outside that day. The smell throughout the hotel and in our room was terrible, and there was no air conditioning, just a fan. The hotel was empty, yet we were given a room on the sunny side with the curtains open all day. When I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't possible. Don't go there! There's a four-star hotel called Seven Hotel about 10 minutes from this awful place, and for only 15€ more you get VIP service.

The room, corridor, bathroom, and breakfast area were clean and pretty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice too. It's a handy location for travel, close to the highway and with a supermarket across the road, and the parking was good. There was no air conditioning or elevator.

Really good for the price and easy to find. There's a Bedronka shop nearby open 24/7, and reception is open around the clock too. The room had coffee and tea. Private parking costs extra.

Great value for the money. The rooms are large and modern, though there's no air conditioning. Signing up for their app gets you an extra discount. A great choice for a short overnight stay.
