Hotel A4 Wrocław

After a long trip, we needed somewhere peaceful for one night, and this cozy place suited us well. It was clean and warm, the bed was soft, and the hosts were very friendly. We found it comfortable and would recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🌿

We had a great experience, from check-in right through to check-out. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and private parking and Wi-Fi were free. The on-site restaurant is well worth trying. It seems like a good hotel for either a short or longer stay.

I started a one-year contract with A4 hotel at the beginning of this year. The parking gate was installed in September, and toward the end of the year the hotel began asking me to pay for parking. That feels like poor treatment of a long-term customer, especially since the gate came after the contract began. I sent the hotel an official message a week ago and still haven’t received an official reply. Is this really a hotel?

In Room 208, we paid 200 zloty for a double bed, but couldn’t sleep properly. A ringing, echoing noise kept going inside the room and hurt our ears. It woke us at 6:00 AM, and the broken window wouldn’t slide down. We asked to move, either to another double room or two separate rooms, but staff said they couldn’t do anything until the next day. Since we were only there for one night, that response was unacceptable. The room was dirty too. There was leftover spaghetti and rubbish from previous guests under the fridge. We’d hoped to enjoy our stay, but Room 208 ruined our first day. I’m deeply upset and disappointed, especially for the price we paid.
