It feels like home at Dom Turysty, and its spot near the city centre makes it a special place to stay. Whenever I’m in Bielsko Biala, I book here. It’s clean, the people are nice and always helpful, and I recommend it to everyone. I think I’ve stayed four or five times now. It’s my favourite hotel. Kind regards, Jan Haneman, Netherlands.

The price was very cheap, the location is very good, and there’s a big parking area. At reception when we checked in, they gave us just two towels. There were no water bottles for guests in the rooms.

It was really noisy in the middle of the night, with people making so much noise that it took me almost an hour to fall asleep. The rooms weren’t good either.

A clean, quiet place at a low price. You can also buy bed and breakfast, and the food was tasty.

The rooms aren’t especially modern, but they’ve clearly been renovated and were clean. For the price, the quality is very good, and the people are friendly.
