Exclusive Royal Apartments

At night it was very noisy, with lots of drunk people heading toward the Vistula river. Our room was on the ground floor and had no kitchen. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.

The apartment is elegant and tastefully done, right across the street from the castle. The market square and other main attractions are only a few minutes away on foot. Tomek and Kamil from the office were so kind and helpful, ready to give advice and assist in emergencies, even very late on a Saturday evening. I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend the place. I'll definitely return. Best regards.

The location was a big plus, but the apartment was awful. We stayed in August with our two children, and the place was much smaller than expected, dirty and dusty throughout, with old, worn-out furnishings and an unpleasant smell. The website photos didn't match what we found. It was actually split into two apartments connected by an interior door, so noise from the other guests came through loudly. We couldn't get in using the door code, and communication with the owner was poor. I wouldn't return even if it were free, and I can't recommend it.

The apartment wasn't the one shown in the Booking.com photos, but it was reasonably fresh and, most importantly, clean. It had an iron, a hairdryer, and a clothes dryer. On our first day, we called reception about the hot water and waited over an hour. If we hadn't checked it before 9:00 PM, when reception closes, we might have ended up with a cold shower. We were first told check-out was at 11:00 AM, then informed the day before leaving that it was 10:00 AM. There were also homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, and the smell when we entered was unbearable. We reported it to staff the next day, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen again.
