Hello Hostel

I’d stay here again. I spent just one night in a room with a shared bathroom, and both the hostel and bathroom were clean. The bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine, though I’m not sure whether guests can use it. The reception staff were really friendly, access was easy, and it’s close to the train station. There’s an elevator too, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby.

I stayed here while skiing at Szczyrk. It was handy for both the bus and train stations, and they kindly let me check in very late. My single room was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The shared areas were clean. Breakfast was basic, just toast, muesli, and coffee, but enough. They also kept my bags for a couple of hours after checkout without any fuss. Great value.

We found the area peaceful in the evenings, and the main square was close by. There was even a small breakfast included, which we had out on the balcony. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, with good hot water, and the hospitality made us feel so welcome. We’d absolutely stay again on our next visit to Bielsko-Biała.

The staff were polite and friendly. The hostel is close to the bus and train stations, and the town centre is about a 10-minute walk away. It would be nice if they put some shampoo in the bathroom. Thanks!
