The view from the 45 grey room on the 4th floor of C block was amazing. Everything was clean and ready for us. Absolutely perfect, I’d recommend it to everyone!

The flat itself... We arrived to find just one glass and five wine glasses, no mug or handled glass, and no towel for drying plates. The towel only showed up five days into our stay. The bigger problem was the location and key pickup. The keys had to be collected 5 km from the apartment, and nobody seemed to care that we had four bags and two kids with us. We ended up making several trips to Krakow, which was a first for me. One review from the week before had said it was close to the city centre, but it definitely wasn't. That alone was a huge mistake, and I would never come back.
