We found this place spontaneously while in Bielsko, and it was a fantastic place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasure spending time here!

We booked all five rooms well in advance on Booking.com for our 16-person sports group, but the hotel canceled the reservation, saying they had another group. We were left stranded. I can understand canceling one room, but the whole property? This felt unreliable and misleading, with no respect for the customer. If you have other clients, perhaps don't accept the reservation in the first place. I don't recommend this hotel.

We had reserved the entire property in advance for a 16-person sports team, but at the last minute the hotel canceled our Booking.com reservation, saying another group had shown up. They denied us accommodation. That was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. If they couldn't host our guests, they shouldn't have accepted all the room bookings.

Our sports team's whole trip had been planned well in advance, but the hotel canceled the Booking.com reservation, saying another group had arrived and ours had to be canceled. It showed a lack of reliability and respect for customers.

For 450 PLN, I expected more. There were no towels, the breakfast was poor, and young people partied until midnight without anyone supervising them. It's a poor place overall, and I don't recommend it.
