Qubus Bielsko-Biala Hotel

The stay was unacceptable from arrival to departure, and I can't recommend this hotel. The management denied problems and blamed guests instead of taking responsibility. On the final day there was no hot water at all, so the shower was ice cold and unusable. That's a basic requirement, especially for a hotel that claims four-star status. Housekeeping was also a serious issue: the bed linen was never changed during our stay. When we raised it, staff said we should put a cleaning sign on the door, but there was no such sign in the room. The food was the same every day with almost no variety, which didn't seem up to the standard the hotel advertises. At check-in, we asked for help with our luggage and got none, just a direction to the trolley outside. Later the hotel claimed assistance had been offered and refused, which wasn't true. Room allocation was poorly managed, and we had to sort out some problems ourselves. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, brushed off by staff with the claim that “nothing was found.”

Whenever work brings me to bielsko for weeks at a time, I go back to Qubus hotel. It's right in the city center, so I can walk wherever I need to go, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Most of all, the service makes me feel at home, even though I'm 2000 Km from my country. The staff welcome me with such warmth and a smile. Thanks to Ewelina, Kacper and Estera for making my stays so much easier.

The hotel is attached to a big mall and sits across from an even bigger one, which makes getting around by car unnecessary. Very nice place, and the breakfast was great.

Just the kind of boring hotel I like: no hassle, a good breakfast, and an in-house restaurant open every day until 23:00.
