I stayed at the hotel for just a few days at the end of February 2026. It’s meant to be a five-star hotel, in an excellent location, with good service, rooms, and a restaurant. The extended building also has a swimming pool and four or five different saunas. Many thanks.

My stay was a pleasure each day, thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a beautiful mountain area with plenty of hiking and biking trails, and it offers E-Bikes for exploring. There’s also a spa, indoor pool, restaurant, bar, and tennis court. My spacious room had a bathtub and shower combined, plus two balconies. I can only recommend a visit 😊

The setting, indoors and out, is beautiful, and the location is stunning. The restaurant has a great range of meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes. I loved the boletus soup, and anything with goat cheese was delicious. Big yes to the wine selection and the really nice atmosphere. The staff are polite, though they do have a habit of forgetting about you, which feels like an old-fashioned Polish way of treating people, hahaha. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Jaworze, with an awesome restaurant!

I called with a few questions before booking three nights for my family. After a very long wait, a woman answered in Polish. When I asked if she spoke English, she hung up immediately. Really poor service for a four-star hotel, so of course I didn't book.

The food was good, the hotel wasn't expensive, and it has most of the facilities you'd need. Room service wasn't very good on some days. I'd give it 4.5 out of 5.
