Ventus Rosa Bielsko-Biala

The walls were paper thin, and we could clearly hear every word from the neighbours. With two noisy boys in the next room, getting a good night's sleep wasn't easy. When I asked about our parking card not working, one staff member was extremely unhelpful, which wasn't good customer service. We stayed in the remote building in the square, and the location was perfect for getting to restaurants and bars.

The rooms were great, the service was great, and breakfast was nice. Staff spoke good English. I stayed for two separate nights and could leave my bag at the hotel in between.

The price is good and the people are friendly, but that's about it. I won't stay here again. There are three or four restaurants right outside, open until midnight, so it's very noisy. The window wouldn't close all the way because the latch was broken, and the light wouldn't turn off completely. There was just one coat hanger in the room, and it took a couple of days to get more. No shower, only a tub, and the internet was very slow. My colleague's room had no heat, and they wouldn't move her to another room. Her new room only has warm water. I could go on. It's cheap, but honestly, try to avoid it.

We spent the last few days at Ventus Rosa and will definitely come back on our next stay in Poland. Our first room wasn't quite what we expected, but after we told the front office, they moved us to a perfect one. The apartment was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. A big, big thank you to the Reception team for making us feel welcome. They handled every issue right away and very professionally, and made our stay brilliant. I can only recommend Ventus Rosa to future guests. See you again! :)
