I was visiting and don’t speak Polish. I was told, “This is not Amerika this is Poland, talk in polish.” If they didn’t speak English, they could have simply said so instead of humiliating me. I didn’t expect people in Poland to treat someone this way. The people working there came across as racist.

It’s near the city center and the salt mine, and the apartment is clean, spacious, air-conditioned, and nicely furnished. Breakfast is set out in a well-stocked fridge, with plenty to choose from: cold cuts, cheese, fish, eggs, milk, cereal, muesli, pâté, and yogurt. There’s also a dishwasher and washing machine, handy for stays longer than 1-2 nights. Towels, bathrobes, and Bochnia salt baths are provided. We highly recommend it!

There’s a big bedroom with a comfortable bed, plus an ironing board and iron. The bathroom has both a large tub and a shower. The place is close to the market and several restaurants, and the standard is very good. You’ll find a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as breakfast items in the fridge, coffee, tea, and something sweet. I’d recommend it for a short visit or a longer stay.

I had a fantastic stay in this fully furnished, well-equipped apartment. It’s almost in the center of Bochnia and not far from the salt mine, and there was food in the fridge too. I’ll definitely come back.
