The apartment could use some renovation and a bit more cleaning. The cleaning lady was very kind and helpful, though. Hello, and please add the hourly fee.

A creaky bed was the one downside, though we were tired from the journey and fell asleep quickly. Otherwise, the room was clean, tidy, and in good condition, with a mini kitchen, fridge, large balcony, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's underground parking too. You get in with a key, and the instructions come by email, so arriving at any hour is easy and there's no need to worry about someone being out. Dishes, tea, coffee, and sugar were provided. Salt was the only thing missing.

The key entry and email instructions made it easy to arrive whenever we wanted. There's underground parking, and the gated community has coded access, which felt reassuring. The apartment has modern interiors, plenty of space, a separate bedroom and living room, a mini kitchen with a fridge, and a large balcony for sitting outside. The bed squeaks, and the cleaning needs work. There were dirty floors, cobwebs, and spiders. If a clean room is a priority for you, keep that in mind before booking.

After driving 400 kilometers, a refund wasn't the end of the story. At 5 PM, after we arrived, we were told the booked apartment wasn't available because of a system error. The company offered no alternative and left us stranded. We had a booking confirmation and check-in instructions, but there were no keys in the mailbox. I tried to reach them five times for help, with no luck. Don't bother trying to explain the situation, it's beyond reproach. I don't recommend this place, and would give it -100 stars.
