The people were friendly, but I found the facilities disappointing for the price. The bed was small, the mattress was really thin, and the pillow I got was about the size of a folded towel.

On this business trip, I returned to the Warmia Hotel in Braniewo after a three-year gap, and it was my second stay there. The place is still up to a high standard, and the staff are courteous and very helpful. We had full board, and every dish was delicious and carefully prepared. I can wholeheartedly recommend it, and would gladly return.

I left tired and unhappy, and I shouldn't have had to leave the hotel feeling that way. After booking a room in winter, I was counting on a hot shower after a long day, but the water was only lukewarm at best. There was also someone making a lot of noise for hours during the night, slamming doors and shouting. With no hotel staff because the owner is trying to save money, I had nobody to alert about it. I don't recommend this place.
