The property itself is gorgeous, and the hotel rooms look newly decorated. Absolutely beautiful.

The hotel has a beautiful setting and the facilities and interiors are a reasonable standard. But during our wedding, staff coordination and management problems seriously undermined the experience. Food and alcohol went missing and were served to another party the next day. Several guest rooms were mixed up, and management tried to charge us incorrectly for various wedding, room, and drink items. Communication from the management team was confusing and poor throughout. When we raised these problems during the wedding and afterward, there was no apology or willingness to put things right. Their attitude came across as take it or leave it. The grounds are lovely, but the management team was disorganized, rude, and incapable.

The food was very tasty, and I really enjoyed the quiet location and peaceful views. The staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. Thanks so much for everything, I’ll definitely be back after such a wonderful weekend! Kind regards to Pani Paulina at reception.

Whether I was there on a business trip or for a wedding, I found it fantastic. A romantic, quiet place with good rooms and service. Thank you, and wishing you even more improvements and visitors! 🌈

The service wasn't up to the proper level, though it's a wonderful place with a beautiful garden.
