The spa facilities were great, with an infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, infrared beds, and whirlpools. I’m giving it 4/5 because people weren’t using towels in the sauna or wearing bathing suits, and nobody showered before the cold dip. Someone should make sure guests know what to do. Breakfast was outstanding, 4/5, better than at the usual five-star chains. There were two chefs making egg dishes, plus pickled juice and fresh juice you could make yourself. The downside was flies everywhere. Dinner gets 4/5 from me too: the food itself was 5/5, but the waitress didn’t really speak English and brought us things we hadn’t ordered. The room was cozy, but for almost 250 Euro per night it had too many mosquitoes. Being bothered at night when you’re trying to sleep is a real problem, since a hotel is mainly somewhere to sleep. Room 2/5. The bike rental was 1/5: the bike was old and poorly maintained. We weren’t charged for it in the end, but they need to improve this. The e-bikes looked much better. To be clear, the place and area are generally wonderful. These are just my thoughts on the different parts of the stay.

The spa is one of the best I’ve been to, with three saunas, two jacuzzis, two large pools, a cold plunge, and more. The food throughout the property was absolutely incredible too. Staff were caring, attentive to details, and always made sure guests were happy and looked after. It’s a stunning, scenic place for a weekend away from the city. I’ll definitely be back!

We came for the day spa, and the massage was nice. The spa offers were good value. The spa area is on the small side, but it has what you need: indoor and outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, several kinds of sauna, infrared chairs, a little tea corner, and water dispensers throughout. The restaurant has lovely views, and you could spend the whole day there sipping the excellent local wines. The pasta and desserts were great, though the fish was a bit plain. With their white wine, it didn’t matter much. The location is breathtaking, up on a hill overlooking a lake, with a vineyard. For a quieter visit without crowds, I’d come during the week in the off-season.

The grounds are spacious enough that even at full capacity there’s room to relax and have some privacy. We were lucky with the weather, with sunshine every day, and got to enjoy the beach and beach bar by the lake, which also has a decent range of water sports. The spa facilities were nice, with several saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, and jacuzzis. The location is pleasant, and the facilities fit a four-star hotel. It’s an easy getaway from the big cities, around a 2.5-3 hour drive. We stayed six nights, which honestly felt like more than enough. Around three nights max seems best. The main downside was the limited, very expensive menu. Since you’re mostly staying put to relax, the prices felt extortive. Drinks were just as costly, on a par with Mediterranean islands. I’d also expect a resort that advertises its vineyards to offer some kind of produce, but there wasn’t much to write home about. Still, it’s a nice place for a short stay if you don’t mind driving 15-20 minutes to find something to eat.
