The rooms are warm, spotless, and have balconies with lovely views. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location in Bukowina is the best, close to everything. The price is so surprising. We’ve stayed in lots of places and haven’t found anything this wonderful for the cost. The owner is kind, friendly, attentive, and truly lovely. We’ve already been twice and will definitely return. I highly recommend it. The negative comments are probably just spite, since it’s rare to meet an owner this wonderful. ❤️

Room 3 felt like the dungeons of a castle, and the toilet setup was another problem. You practically need a helmet to use them because of where they’re placed. After snow fell overnight, the temperature dropped to about 7 degrees Celsius, but the room never got above 14 degrees. When she asked the owner for an electric heater, she was told they had to fend for themselves. Getting from the shower to bed felt like survival, not a restful night, especially after a sleepless night in the mountains.

There’s a ski storage area, and the slopes are right next door. The guesthouse also has a nice, spacious kitchen with good equipment and a living room beside it. Its location is great.

For a double room and five nights, we paid around 1000 PLN. The conditions were much as shown in the photos 🙂, but there were more downsides than positives: cardboard doors, gaps around the room door, cobwebs, and plaster coming off the walls. 🔟 The high-tech part is in the video 🔌⚡, and there’s no internet in the attic 🤔. I won’t be back, so look elsewhere :)
