Bristol ART & Medical SPA

I booked directly with them in February 2026 for a two-week stay, and that was a mistake. It cost a lot more than booking through Booking.com. At the start, they put me in a room that wasn't the one I'd seen in person two weeks before, which caused needless anxiety. Then I was overcharged by $170. Their card terminal had no connection, so I had to pay in dollars and got charged a 10% fee. The staff were very unprofessional. They still do business like in the communist era, and I won't give them my custom again. I'll take it somewhere that respects my business.

A lovely massage area, and the restaurant and interior were great. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were relaxing and comfortable, too. The staff were pleasant.

I plan to come back to this piece of art, Pristol medical hotel and spa. Several people made me feel happy, healthier, and well looked after. Michal Wilk, the tourist and medical guide, speaks fluent Arabic. Isabella at reception is the spirit of the hotel, so welcoming and cooperative. Kasia is a perfect, professional therapist, and Boss Wojtek, the dynamic father and owner, made the group's medical stay feel cosy. Thanks so much. Ola, the physiotherapist, is an angel. Agnieszka, the waitress, is always smiling. Eva at the medical center reception deserves a mention too, as does Silvia, the mud therapist, who's so decent and lovely. Julia is a blessing and speaks perfect English. All in all, Polish people are so friendly and decent.

The room and shared areas were spotless, and all the treatments ran on time. Meals were tasty and nicely presented. Great location, with professional staff.
