I can live with the rooms, but the food was awful, low quality, and there was hardly any of it. The rooms were so-so, but the food was really bad and not tasty.

The treatment facilities were spotless, with dozens of options, from baths to laser and ultrasound. The staff there were polite and patient, especially with people trying treatments for the first time. I spent only seven days at the hotel, but came away fully satisfied and impressed by the staff. It's worth contacting the reception directly to make use of what the place offers. The hotel sits in the spa area of Busko-Zdrój, around 100-150 meters from the entrance to Spa Park and about 450 meters from the graduation towers, where there's also a tourist information desk. Rooms are tastefully done and have what guests need. The restaurant has a varied menu and can make a dish to order. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful throughout. The hotel felt like a special little oasis of culture in Busko-Zdrój, thanks to its energetic and creative manager. I happened to be there for a recital by singer Jerzy Grunwald and two art exhibitions. The manager seemed to oversee everything herself and was always around.
