The rooms are large, with sturdy furniture and solid construction, though the layout doesn't make the best use of the space and there's no outdoor area. The well-equipped Agora mall is very close, and the cleaning staff are friendly. Parking is available, free from 17:00 to 09:00 and throughout Saturday and Sunday, but a spot may not be close enough to keep an eye on the car. There's also managed parking at Agora, though the one-way system makes getting there inconvenient. We had trouble with the fuse box tripping when we cooked and ironed at the same time. Laundry service is good, but with kids it isn't always available when you need it: the cleaners take the laundry away and bring it back later, so it's not self-service.

Everything was great, except there's no elevator to the upper floors, which is a problem if you're carrying heavy luggage.

The host was friendly and communication was easy, and everything went smoothly. It's centrally located too, though the street can get noisy on weekends.
